What happens if I sign up without an export tariff, and then I am provisioned with one?

We appreciate that an export tariff (and MPAN) for solar installs can take some time to be configured. If you are an Octopus customer

  1. Please simply re-save your API key in the Hub:One application (or enter your new key) so that we can update your AEM with latest export tariff details.

If you are not an Octopus customer
  1. Please go to the 'Energy Tariff' page in your Personal Details page of the Hub:One app. Here you can update details of your tariff including the times and prices of your solar exports.
