Clearstone Energy's 400MW BESS Project:
Clearstone Energy, a developer based in the UK, is seeking approval to build a 400MW in Devon, UK. This project, known as the Junction 27 project, is part of a larger pipeline by Clearstone Energy totalling 2.2GW.
The Monk Fryston BESS Project by SSE Renewables:
This project follows the successful completion of their 50MW Salisbury and 150MW Ferrybridge BESS projects. The construction of this project is expected to commence soon, with operational use projected by 2026.
Field's Renewable Energy Infrastructure Expansion:
A company named Field has secured GBP77mn in new funding for renewable energy infrastructure across the UK, including plans for 1.3GWh of operational battery storage. This expansion is a significant step towards enhancing the UK's battery storage capabilities.
